This is probably your Louis Rosenberg (the dod is off by 3 days, might be a typo), but all else matches.) You might ask if anyone is visiting Mount Moriah to check nearby graves for family of Louis.  The cemetery office should have a record of who made the arrangements for Louis, but I don't know if they would release that information.
