Several months ago I was informed that 30 years ago there was a Rabbi Joe KATZOFF living in Givatayim or Petach Tikva , Israel. It was most likely as my brother who is a Rabbi and lived in P.T. 30 years didn"t hear of him. It seems he was a relative of my late uncle Pincus KATZOFF (lastly of New Rochelle, N.Y.) and therefore mine too.
