Have you tried running your own admixture studies using gedmatch? If this is something new to you:  you can take your FTDNA raw data, upload into gedmatch (for free) and use a variety of models to examine your Hebraic/Jewish proportions in relation to other modern groups. Depending on the model you use you are going to get different results. After years of exploring this topic I believe the most reliable model is something called genography, which uses ancient dna to determine proportions of ancient Hebraic, Anatolian, and other such ethnicities. Genography is not available on gedmatch or any other company. You either have to do it yourself, or hire a researcher to run the studies for you.
