This is a common question that needs a bit more clarity. Do you mean what English names are likely that she used so you can find other records? Or what do the names literally translate to? Or what more current name could be equivalent, for example to name someone after her?
The first name is not something I've seen before but it seems like an alternate for the second name Chaya which has the root "chai" meaning life, Bracha means blessing. Likely English equivalent names might depend on the time when the name would have been anglicized, but things that come to mind are Hannah or Heidi or Harriet. There are no rules as to what English names were used so it could have been anything, but it is common that the Hebrew and English names would share a first sound.
