 Состоялось в городе Маков 30-го декабря 1910 года (12 января 1911 года) в 11 часов утра.  Объявляем, что в присутствии свидетелей Файвела Иерусалимского, торговца, 80-и лет и Яхима Латера, религиозного служащего, 82-х лет, жители города Маков, что вчера был заключен религиозный брачный союз между евреями Нафтулой Блюмом, холостум, 22-х лет, неграмотным, сыном Абрама-Ицика и Суры-Ройзы, урожденной Вильгович, супругов Блюм, родившимся и живущим в посаде Рожаны с родителями с Шайной- Ройзой Нейхос, девицей, 24-х лет, неграмотной, дочерью Мошки-Янкеля и Темы, урожденной Богухваль, супругов Нейхес, родившейся и проживающей с родителями в городе Маков.  Браку этому предшествовали 3 оглашения в Маковской и Рожанской синагогах 20, 27 ноября и 4-го декабря 1910 года.  Новобрачные заявили, что они не заключали брачный контракт.  Религиозный обряд совершен Нусином-Срулем Куперштоком, равином округа.  Акт сей прочитан и равином, нами и новобрачными подписан.

We announce that in the presence of witnesses Fayvel Jerusalemsky, a merchant, 80 years old, and Yachim Later, a religious employee, 82 years old, residents of the city of Makov, that yesterday a religious marriage was concluded between the Jews Naftula Blum, single, 22-year-old, illiterate, the son of Abram-Itsik and Sura-Roiza, nee Vilgovich, the Blum spouses, born and living in the village of Rozhany with their parents with Shaina-Roiza Neikhos, a 24-year-old, damcel, illiterate, daughter of Moshka-Yankel and Tema, nee Boguchval, spouses Neikhos, who was born and lives with her parents in the city of Makov. This marriage was preceded by 3 announcements in the Makov and Rozhany synagogues on November 20, 27 and December 4, 1910. The newlyweds stated that they did not enter into a marriage contract. The religious ceremony was performed by Nusin-Srul Kuperstok, the district rabbi. This act was read and by the rabbi, by us and by the newlyweds signed.
