Join us for the next meeting of the Israel Genealogy Research
Association (IGRA) "Polish Research and Preview of Warsaw Conference"

Matan Shefi will give an overview of records and archives available in
Poland, including records at the Jewish Historical Institute in Warsaw.
He will also speak on how to arrange a roots/heritage trip to Poland. In
addition, Matan will give a preview of the upcoming IAJGS annual
conference in Warsaw this summer. The lecture will be in English.

Matan Shefi works at the Family Heritage and Jewish Genealogy Center
in the Jewish Historical Institute in Warsaw, Poland. The Institute was
one of the first in Europe to provide genealogical services. Matan is
originally >from Israel where he obtained a degree in History >from Hebrew
University. He moved to Poland over four years ago. He is also co-chair
of the upcoming IAJGS conference in Warsaw, Poland this summer.

Doors open at 19:00. Meeting begins at 19:30.
