It is unlikely that Israel's father was Israel. Isn't the name in the next column Gert Izraelewicz (in Polish orthography)?. Since this is 1906, the father could be Gert son of Israel or Gert Izraelewicz with Fraizinger being the family name or Izraelewicz being the family name - and Izrael changed it to Fraizinger. It could be that his parents didn't marry civilly, so perhaps his mother's maiden name was Fraizinger. Only time and more records will tell. Perhaps if you look at the actual record, it will be clearer.
