Состоялось в городе Прасныж 23-го августа 1907 года в 10 часов утра.  Объявляем, что в присутстсвии свидетелей Бенёме Ваковера, 62-х лет и Бенёме Занда, 42-х лет, жителей города Прасныж, оба религиозные служащие, что вчера был заключен религиозный брачный союз между Срулем-Нусеном Филют, вдовцом, 32-х лет, сыном Матыса и Ройзы, урожденной Маюфец, супругов Филют, родившимся в городе Цеханов и живущим в городе Прасныж с Ицкой Маюфец, девицей, 19-и лет, дочерью Шмуля-Йоськи и Марии-Розы, урожденной Пышна, супругов Маюфиц, родившейся и живущей в городе Прасныж.  Браку этому предшествовали троекратное оглашение в Прасныжской синагоге - 4-го, 11-го и 18-го августа сего года.  Дозволение присутстствующих лично при заключении брака и сего акта родителей новобрачных заявлено словесно.  Новобрачные заявили, что предбрачный договор между ними заключен не был.  Религиозный брачный союз был совершен местным равином Менделем Левковичем.  Акт сей по прочтении равином новобрачным и свидетелям, ими и нами подписан. Новобрачные, а также родители невесты заявили, что писать не умеют

It took place in the city of Prasnyzh on 23 August 1907 at 10 am. We declare that in the presence of witnesses Benёme Vakover, 62 years old, and Benёme Zanda, 42 years old, residents of the town of Prasnyzh, both religious officials, that yesterday a religious marriage was concluded between Srul-Nusen Filut, a widower, 32 years old, the son of Matys and Roiza, nee Mayufets, the Filut spouses, who was born in the city of Tsekhanov and lives in the city of Prasnyzh with Itska Mayufets, a damsel of 19 years old, the daughter of Shmul-Yoska and Maria-Rosa, nee Pyshna, the Mayufits spouses, who was born and lives in the town of Prasnyzh. This marriage was preceded by a three-fold announcement in the Prasnyzh synagogue - on the 4th, 11th and 18th August of this year. The permission of the parents of the newlyweds who are present personally at the conclusion of the marriage and this act is declared verbally. The newlyweds said that the prenuptial agreement was not concluded between them. The religious marriage union was carried out by the local rabbi Mendel Levkovich. This act, upon reading by the rabbi to the newlyweds and to witnesses, was signed by them and by us. The newlyweds, as well as the bride's parents, said they could not write.
