I, too, am interested if any of my family remained in Koidanov as they seemed to have vanished around 1942. My great-grandfather, Szmul Jonas Bas (b. 1865), lived in Koidanov until he disappeared around 1942. One of his children, living in New York, corresponded with him by letter until the letters were ultimately returned undeliverable in 1942. We don't know what happened to him and two of his daughters. Their names do not appear in any Holocaust list. Curious if there is any way to research this matter.
