I played a bit with your image in a photo editor, and my best guess on the name is "Johanne Birkedal". I agree with the others that it's Aalborg.

And a little Google shows e.g. https://www.fotohistorie.com/birkedahl-johanne-nakskov.html

1923-47 in Aalborg, although their spelling seemed to be "Birkedahl" whereas I see "Birkedal" but maybe there's an H in there.
