If you are referring to a record in the Jewish Records Indexing - Poland database,
also displayed on JewishGen, write to the Town Leader for the project.

The simplest way is to write to questions@... or [townname]@jri-poland.org

On JewishGen I found my grandmother's birth listing with the LDS # and volume number.  

Is there a way for me to see the original?
