“The 11 Tribes of Rubel: The Search for My Cousins, Past and Present”.  At 1PM EST on March 10, a virtual presentation will be hosted by the Jewish Genealogical Society of Palm Beach County  (Florida).  Ken Cutler, an attorney and Parkland City Commissioner , will speak about his unique strategy for conducting genealogical research.
