I used the URL you included and that gave me Ancestry and the original manifest and I was able to zoom in to try to read.  Hinde's contact in the country from whence she came was her mother Blume Pela??sl, Savatzsky St., Wegdarovtz, Russia.  I can't find this town on jewishgen townfinder.  I checked out familysearch.org and their transcription lists other person as Bleyne Pelaunsh.
