Город Ново-Минск

Состоялось в городе Ново-Минске 12-го (24-го) января 1898 года в 7 часов вечера.  Явился Мендель Рабинович, равин в городе Ново-Минск и в присутстсвии свидетелей Нахмана Аронзона, 54-х лет и Шмуля Бенина, 64-х лет, жителей города Ново-Минск оба религиозные служащие, что сегодня, в 6 часов вечера, в городе Ново-Минск был заключен религиозный брачный союз между холостым Юдкой Тейблюмом, 23-х лет, сыном Герша и Дайли, урожденной Розенберг, супругов Тейблюм, жителей города Ново-Минска с Фейгой-Лэей Перкаль, девицей, 25-и лет, дочерью Хиля и Таубы, урожденной Финкельштейн, супругов Перкаль, жителей города Ново-Минск.  Согласие сторон заявлено словесно.  Новобрачные заявили, что предбрачный договор между ними заключен не был.  Они же заявили, что они родили детей до заключения настоящего брака: 1. Нуту-Леба родившегося 13-го (25-го) января 1893-го года и записанному в акте гражданского состояния по городу Ново-Минску за 1893-й год под номером 5; 2. Хану, родившегося 3-го (15-го) января 1896-го года и записанной в акте гражданского состояния по городу Ново-Минску за 1896-й год под номером 25; 3. Ицека-Довида, родившегося 10-го (22-го) сентября 1897-го года и записанному в акте гражданского состояния по городу Ново-Минску за 1898-й год под номером 8.  Настоящим брачным актом они признают за собой своих собственных детей и на основании статьи 291 Гражданского Кодекса Царства Польского обеспечиваются им состояние и права законных детей.   Акт сей новобрачным и свидетелям прочитан, ими и нами и грамотными подписан.  Браку этому предшествовали троекратное оглашение в Ново-Минской синагоге - 27-го декабря 1897-го года, 3-го и 6-го января сего года

The consent of the parties is stated verbally. The newlyweds said that the prenuptial agreement was not concluded between them. They also stated that they gave birth to children before the conclusion of a real marriage: 1. Nuta-Leba was born on January 13 (25), 1893 and recorded in the civil status act for the city of Novo-Minsk for 1893 under the number five; 2. Khana, born on January 3 (15), 1896 and recorded in the civil status act for the city of Novo-Minsk for 1896 under number 25; 3. Itsek-Dovid, born on September 10 (22), 1897 and recorded in the civil status act for the city of Novo-Minsk for 1898 under number 8. By this marriage act they recognize their own children and on the basis of Article 291 of the Civil Code of the Kingdom of Poland, the state and rights of lawful children are ensured to them. This act has been read to the newlyweds and witnesses, they and us and the literate have been signed. This marriage was preceded by a three-fold announcement in the Novo-Minsk synagogue - December 27, 1897, January 3 and 6 this year.
