דוד צבי דמתקרי דוד הרש דמתקרי דאוויד בן יששכר המכ' (המכונה) בער והמכ' (והמכונה) בערנהארד
פייגלא דמתקריא פראנציסקא דמתקריא פאני בת בער דמתקרי בערנהארד
I would only differ from Jacob's translation in suggesting that instead of "Dawid" it is actually just the English pronunciation of David as opposed to a more Hebrew/Yiddish "Dovid". The mention of all the nicknames with wording in Aramaic is common on a "get" or halachik divorce document. Obviously I don't know the context with just a few words, and these could be brother and sister since both have fathers named Ber/Bernard, but it doesn't say that Fransisca's father was named Yissachar too and the presence of her maiden name makes me wonder if this is record of a divorce.
