I too have family that came from Kletzk and finally took the bull by the horns and paid for a researcher to do some research in the Minsk archives. I would suggest you do the same. Despite myths circulating that records were destroyed my researcher found around 50 records or so relating to members of my family. That may be the only way you will find what you are looking for.
