Brianna,
Sherri is right; if you haven't searched the All-Belarus Database at JewishGen, you should.  But as in any research into Jewish family history, keep in mind that the surname when they lived in Mogilev might have been slightly or very different than Briker.  If you haven't done the research to confirm what the surname was before they emigrated, that's important.  Census records, naturalization (citizenship) records, and ship manifests all could potentially provide confirmation of Briker, or provide historical surnames.

Researching:
Mogilev - BERLIN;  BELIISKI;  HENKIN - GENKIN;  MESCENIKOV;  POZ - POZE
Ekaterinoslav - KATZ; LAPIDUS;  LAVROTIN - LAVRUTIN - AVRUTIN;  PESACHINSKY; SHIMERNITSKY - SEMERNITSKY;  STEINHART
Roumania:  DONNENFIELD;  DOLLINGER;  RINCOVER - HARINCOVER;  WISENTHAL - VIESENTAUL
Harbin, China:  FELDMAN;  PENZNER;  SREBERK - SCHRIEBER;
Lublin, Poland:  KATZ;  JARMUSZ

I see lots of people named Briker there.

Good luck in your search,
