Dear Group,

In my research about the family WOLFSTHAL, I have recently came across
the name of a couple who was deported >from France to Auschwitz on
convoy #8 (July 1942):

Szmul (1907-1942) & Chaja (1904-1942) WULFSZTAL

I hypothesize that this couple (and family) immigrated to France >from
Poland; specifically they may be a branch of the WOLFSTHAL family >from
Galicia, and I'd appreciate the group's input on the following points:

(1) any information about this family, parent names, etc.
(2) more broadly, where could I obtain genealogical information of
French Jewry - to start a search on this couple.
