Hello Aline,  everybody,

You may know that there are several places Stefanesti... one is in current Romania,  and second is in current Republic of Moldova.  But in 1920 both those places were in Kingdom of Romania.  Sometimes people mentioned a large town near by that you could find out where that Stefanesti is.
Also, if you know the year of birth, that would be good to know too.

In many cases at least in Moldova, Jews could live in a small shteitl and got married or got their child in a large place...  they lived in Stefaneshti, but got married possibly in Beltsy or Floreshti.
