Having received some suggestions privately already – thank you for these efforts – I realize that I should be clear that I'm looking for a specific record which is a key link in a chain of evidence.  It read in-full, formatted as shown here:

While other records which might be useful for establishing aspects of my research, this one is of special – crucial – importance in that it links my DNA match to Mildred to her parents.  In other words, if I have evidence that Mildred reported her parents were Jennie Daitz and Harry Schwartz, i already have sufficient evidence of the marriage.  It's the link to the child that is missing.
