I would suggest that you widen your research to the UK, and i would advise that you start by using the following websites, www.freebmd.org.uk www.Findmypast.co.uk and the UK's National Archives at https://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/results/r?_q=BAKALARSKI+&_sd=&_ed=&_hb= The UK's National Archives website has records for Naturalisation Certificates and Background files.
