You can also ask the cemetery if they have a next of kin with address or telephone mumber.
They won’t give it to you but they will either send a letter from you or even call and ask permission to give you the information.

David, have you tried yet?  I use it all the time including Montefiore.  In fact, I have outstanding requests there.  Include the location and ask specifically for a closeup of the Hebrew name so it is readable.
