  IAJGS mentions the cemetery part of article -  Contact: Ms Ann Moskowitz, President of Har Jehuda Cemetery, 8400 Lansdown Avenue, Upper Darby, PA 19082. Several years ago, she got volunteers to write the names on the stones that were legible. That list of names covers 6 pages. She may be willing to supply a photocopy.
