Hello,
I have candlesticks that look almost identical . My great grandmother brought them over from Grajewo Poland (Lomza Gubernia) in 1939. Family stories date them back to late 1700s/early 1800s. Not sure if a distant relative made them (one of my great-greats was a brass makers according to documents). Given they look similar to yours, perhaps they are equally as old.
