This appear to be the town known in Polish as Chorostków, currently identified as Khorostkiv in Ukrainian. There are 94 entries posted by 53 researchers for Khorostkiv in JGFF database. There are actually two Khorostkiv, one is located in Halich (Stanislawow) region, and the other one in a Kopczynce (Tarnopol) district.
