Did you call the office? For a lot of cemeteries if there is eternal care paid for they will do it for free. Others will do it for a charge of $10-15/grave. I have gotten family grave pictures for free from Beth David as there was eternal care and while he was doing the 2 graves he photographed the one nearby for free that didn't have eternal care. They were really nice.
