I would appreciate help in translating the file I have posted to ViewMate. from what I can understand, it is a request from a non-Jewish friend or government official for a distant relative of mine to be given some form of privilege during the War. I have almost no context for it, though, and I'd be grateful for anything anyone can tell me about it.
