Hello, I found recently in a passenger list from Baltimore Aug 1905 (the boat was the CHENMITZ from BREME), the name of CHAIM SCHMULOWITZ, who is supposed to be the brother of our grand-father. He came from Koursk in Russia, was a single born 1881 and wanted to go to Saint Louis (Minnesota) where lived his friend H. Steinberg (or Sheinberg). He was a butcher in Russia. Could you help me to find out new elements about Chaim ? (nothing till today in naturalization records or marriage records). Perharps the name was changed... Many thanks for your help.
