Ellen the map of New York historical synagogues was a big help. I searched the city they came from in Lithuania, and it identified one synagogue which is near the address of both the bride and groom and the witness. Seems like a good guess. Unfortunately it appears the synagogue is long gone and there is no mention of the Rabbi. Thank you for the great lead.
