Isidor or Israel Kotzin was my father's uncle.  He was born in Kaunas (then Kovno), Lithuania, and became a doctor. He was in Moscow by 1900. There were other Kotzin relatives then at that time and later, up to at least 1960, including a brother Maxim.  Has anyone information on Isidore or any relatives, in Kaunas or especially Moscow?
