I have watched a number of testimonies. I complete the form, indicate my
relationship to the interviewee, and generally receive the link within a
couple of days.  The Foundation did an incredible job of outreach back
in the day, and I have run across testimonies that I didn't know existed.

I don't think there's too much verification involved -- at least I've
never been asked for proof of the relationship -- but it might be harder
to get access to a celebrity testimony. I have never tried!
