As you did not provide an original scan or where the revision took place, based on a typical Russian Empire naming convention and the location of "Osherovich" within the record, I'm going to assume that Osherovich here is a patronymic, not a surname.  Praisman, Leib son of Osher.  Most likely the elder Osher (aka Usher/Asher) died 10-12 years earlier, as the 3 child child has the same name.

You can see translation of the 1858 record for the same family on JG which shows it the way I described above.
