I've used the money transfer site Wise.com in the past month to send a payment to the Lithuanian Central State Archives. The archive needed 3 euros, and the transfer site only charged me about 5 dollars for the transfer fee. I did it by paying through my credit card, in case something went wrong. The Archives got the money the next day, and I got my requested images a day later. The Archives did give me the bank account info that I needed to enter into the Wise.com website form.
