It should be located under DAViO 904-26, but the area is empty, except for the pdf with the list of available documents at the Vinnitsa archive: https://uk.wikisource.org/wiki/Архів:ДАВіО/904/26.  The pdf lists document 82 as a lists of Shargorod births 1885-1900.
