On an Ellis Island record of 1914 for Feiga Falkin, the town of origin is listed as, "Dagda, Russia".  In a separate section it has Dagda and listed below is: Gal. Witebsk. I understand that Witebsk was either a District or Province but I cannot find any such town via googling or on Jewishgen.  Does anyone have an ideas about this town, current name and name in 1914 and where?
