The following words and acronyms appear after the year on a tombstone

ל. ימי תייה נ''ה שנה 

Could someone please translate this for me? (I know that shanah is year).
However, I could not find these designations on my list of tombstone phrases.
I am also including a photo of the last three lines of the matzevah for context.
Additionally, it looks like the date is the 8th or 18th of Sivan, however, the way that 8 is written in Hebrew I am not sure.
