I recently discovered an ancestor from the above town in Poland and the birth record was dated 1834. I continued searching the vital records for this town
and found many additional records for relatives, all with early dates in the 1800’s. This is very different from my experience researching other towns, where
the records are much later and into the 21st century. Can anyone explain why this little town has so many records that were preserved from so long ago, while other
towns don’t have this?
