The Israel Genealogy Research Association (IGRA) has posted a new video on its website, “Genealogy of Eretz Israel” , a presentation given by Garri Regev, IGRA’s President. This presentation was recorded as part of the Genealogical Seminar in Memory of Zvi Bernhardt z”l, organized by Yad Vashem, that took place virtually on October 5, 2021.

The presentation covers the many online resources that can be used by genealogy researchers to obtain information about relatives that lived in Israel. Garri gives an in-depth look at the IGRA All-Israel Databases that has over 2 million records. She also discusses the many archives and websites that can be searched online to obtain information and records.

The video is available for free, but to access it free registration to the IGRA website is required.
