Hello,
I wonder if anyone can help decipher the residence place for Wolf Cohen, line 16 on this manifest. There are at least two other names with the same town.
I also am curious to know if the notation above his name is for him or for the preceding passenger.  And what does it mean?   1-A-3584-(505?) 10/20/41.  Social security perhaps?  Something to do with WWI?
