The name on the stone is nun-taf-nun sofit.  The Sephardic pronunciation would be Nahtan; the Ashkenazic pronunciation is Nohson.  The standard English equivalent is Nathan.

His father's name, Pinchas, is from the Bible.  An English version of this name is Phineas.  Of course, his father's secular name might have been any other name beginning with a P, or indeed any name at all, as -- although there are conventions for choosing names -- there are not any "rules".
