The Arolsen Archives has DP camp records for the American, British and French zones, as well as for Austria and Italy.

The World Jewish Congress had survivors in Romania fill out questionnaires in 1945.  USHMM indexed them as part of the World Memory Project.  You can search these records in our Holocaust Survivors and Victims Names database, www.ushmm.org/online/hsv/source_view.php?SourceId=19805.  This is the direct link to this specific collection.
