Is anyone traveling to Philadelphia City Hall's marriage bureau or archive center in the near future?
A Sadie Pickholtz and a Jack (Hymas- misspelled in places) Hyman, applied for a marriage license in 1941 and married that year in Phila. The cert # is 732120 and file # is 4143690. I am trying to find out if it states Jack was married before and if so, what may have happend to wife #1. I found a Jack Hyman married to a Anna (somebody) in the 1930 census living in Jersey City, NJ with the same occupation, butcher as my Jack Hyman.
Are these the same Jack Hyman or are there two Jacks?
