Good afternoon. I am assisting Holocaust survivor, Martin Baranek in researching a court case filed by his father pre-WWII in Wierzbnik (now known as Starachowice, Poland). Martin is searching for information on the facts of the case, and the outcome. Is anyone able to direct me to any archives or how to go about researching records of a lawsuit? He knows that his father, who perished at Buna, prevailed in the lawsuit and that it had to do with his father’s business, but Martin was looking for more details about the particulars of the lawsuit.
Thank you.
