The attached screenshot (and the link below if it works) are to an image at the Family History Library. The applicant is Abram Gerber, b 1909.

Since I can't read Russian / Lithuanian, can someone please advise me how to find the specific record this link pertains to? Also, a translation would be greatly appreciated. I believe I am related to this individual and the information on the passport application might clear this up.
