The photo below is from the NY US Home for Hebrew Infants 1922-1937 in the Bronx. The third column from the left lists a one year old boy, Gerald Palladino, who is being discharged. The discharge column indicates the initials P.P. What do these initials mean? Using Google I found permanent parent or permanent plan, but I am not sure if either is correct. I do know that Gerald returned to his mother. Not sure about his father. I appreciate everyone's help.
