viewmate photo ID of RAF camp and translation request

Nurit Har-zvi #672031 I've posted a photo that I would like to be identified if anyone recognizes the location. It is an RAF camp probably in Egypt, possibly in Libya from WW II. The inscription on the back of the photo is also posted - I can read one line but not the other.
