During this time while the Ellis Island building was being rebuilt and immigrants were processed at the Battery Park Barge Office (lower Manhattan), do the manifests or other records of each immigrant's immigration experience exist today?   Or were these manifests/records burned in the fire or otherwise lost?  

Are these immigration manifests/records available at stevemorse.org or another website/database?   

At stevemorse.org, exactly which search form/link would I use to view the immigration records at the Battery Park Barge Office  During this time while the Ellis Island building was being rebuilt.
