I found naturalization documents for multiple Morris Freeds on FamilySearch, but I have no way of knowing which is the right one.  Interestingly enough, one of them lived at 31 Montgomery Street in 1909; that's the same street where the brothers were living at the time of the 1910 Census, but a different street number. 

Do you have the name of the town that the brothers came from?  That would help to narrow down the options.
