Hi,
I'd be happy to hear of the place where civil (BMD) records of Prussian towns are located.
Specifically, my great-grandmother Rosa-Rachel LEVY was born in 1873 in Tuchel/Tuchola. I can only find records from 1874 and on wards.
I see this is common for other Prussian towns as well.
Where are the previous records located?
