Rabbi Yechiel Keuhl #austria-czech
A quick visit to the HebrewBooks.org website and the ability to write
the name of the Zichron Yechiel book in Hebrew, you will find this
If you can read Hebrew, at the beginning is a little blurb that tells
you that he was the rabbi in a town (that was hard to locate in Latin
letters, and now known as) Tyrawa-Woloska (see
http://www.geshergalicia.org/towns/tyrawa-woloska/) in Poland. He
also served as a rabbi in what is now Nowy Sacz, and in his old age he
was well received in Sanok, where he died and was buried. I hope this
helps you in your quest for more information.
I am also copying the Geser Galicia SIG on this, since this might
yield more information for you.
